Better start for the week

Weight: 182lbs

Yesterday, I spent a while at the gym and did some running for about 25min. I was at the stair climber for another 15 min. So, decent workout for Sunday.

Today, I spent 15min on the treadmill and also did some round of weights. It was pretty hard on the muscles. I guess a couple more days of acclimatization and I should be back in business.
