Feeling guilty

Updating this page if I have not gone to the gym makes me feel guilty. There is nothing really to do and I still didnt go to the gym. That makes me guilty.

Hopefully, will do a better job after the holidays.

Progress today

Weight: 182 lbs

No progress on the weight front, but managed to do some hard running/walking for 20 min and also did weights (a combo of chest press, triceps flex, lateral pull down, shoulder press and dumbbells)

I can feel the effect of lactic acid in the body. :)

Better start for the week

Weight: 182lbs

Yesterday, I spent a while at the gym and did some running for about 25min. I was at the stair climber for another 15 min. So, decent workout for Sunday.

Today, I spent 15min on the treadmill and also did some round of weights. It was pretty hard on the muscles. I guess a couple more days of acclimatization and I should be back in business.

Day 1: What a bad start!

Weight: 181.4 lbs

I thought I should start hitting the gym from today when I started this blog, but got delayed in coming to the office and didn't manage to get to the gym. Being lazy on the first day. Can you believe it. I just have no other excuse. Lets see how I manage over the next couple days.
