Hiatus from the blog

Its been a long break from the blog. But the good thing being I been regular with the gym and some playing during the last couple weekends. The coming weekend we have plans for a hike. It will be fun to see how much my stamina has increased.

Also been doing a 2 mile run/walk everyday. Will need to check how much I have managed to reduce.

First post of the new year

Weight: 179 lbs

Deciding to start during the holidays had been a terrible thing. No real traction on getting to the gym.

January was no better either, with plenty of distractions.

Been hitting the gym the last couple days. The lactic acid secretion is causing some pain in various places of the body, but overall a good sign of things.

Weekend has almost begun and I'm not sure what I would be able to do during the weekend.
